Return Period

You have the right to return products purchased from Comfortoihandmad within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. The return period begins on the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision to return the product by contacting us using the information provided in the Contact Information section before the end of the 14-day period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition
  • Products must be in their original packaging, if applicable
  • All tags, labels, and protective materials must be intact
  • Products must not show signs of damage, wear, or installation
  • Custom or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless defective

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee for products returned in less than original condition.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning products because they are defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

Return Process

  3. Package the products securely in their original packaging, if available

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Products returned after the 14-day return period
  • Products without proof of purchase

General Legal Requirements

This return policy is provided in accordance with UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the products are dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the products in accordance with our return policy outlined above.

For custom orders, cancellation may be subject to charges for work already completed. We will inform you of any applicable charges before processing the cancellation.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned products, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds will include the original purchase price of the products. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
